With a Master’s degree in Instructional Systems Design from Florida State University, Colin has brought his expertise to organizations like KPMG and Carly Corporation, where he specialized in creating impactful corporate training programs. He has an avid interest in cutting-edge technologies and applies his knowledge of AI to enhance learning experiences. Colin's focus on Adult Learning Theory and his collaboration with the United States Navy in developing aviation training for Naval Flight Officers (NFOs) reflect his dedication to both the craft of instructional design and the potential of AI in transforming educational environments.
Sheryl Noon has been a Professional Manager with over 30 years of experience assisting corporations in all aspects of business. Her expertise spans military aviation, SCORM-compliant Computer-Based Training (CBT) development, Project Management (PM), ISO 9000+, Quality Assurance (QA), Instructional Design (ID), and Human Resources (HR). Sheryl currently holds a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Security Clearance and is also certified in Prompt Engineering.
Kate is responsible for leading and coordinating the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects and educational programs. This role emphasizes client management, ensuring clear communication and alignment with client goals throughout the project lifecycle. Focused on timelines, quality standards, and project milestones, Kate adapts strategies to mitigate risks and optimize project outcomes.
